I created the doap.rdf file today ( https://github.com/apache/polaris/commit/c31664c69cb34d7d86e94a74b8df9141a1e96813) and registered in the comdev projects.xml. The polaris.json is created from there, it's executed every night. Hopefully, we will be good soon.
