This bumps HemfComment back to 100MB to match HwmfPicture. On the Tika regression corpus, we have p99 is 26.1MB with max at 30MB for HemfComment. I'm totally fine bumping to 10MB or 50MB. I chose 100MB to match 5.x behavior and HwmfPicture.
