Adds the POI 6.0.0 API docs under `content/apidocs/6.0/`, which will be served at https://poi.apache.org/apidocs/6.0/index.html. The layout matches the existing `5.0` tree: one combined javadoc covering poi, poi-ooxml, poi-scratchpad and poi-excelant. - Built from the `REL_6_0_0` tag with `./gradlew allJavaDoc` (JDK 17 javadoc). - The task fails under Gradle 9 with parallel/configure-on-demand enabled (`Resolution of the configuration ':poi-excelant:compileClasspath' was attempted without an exclusive lock`), so it was run with `--no-parallel -Dorg.gradle.configureondemand=false`. - Only `content/apidocs/6.0/` is added.
