`BuiltinSchemaTypeSystem.fillInType` (and its copy in `XQuerySchemaTypeSystem`) puts xs:IDREFS in the atomic collapse group instead of with xs:ENTITIES and xs:NMTOKENS, so it never gets the minLength=1 facet XML Schema Part 2 defines for it and an empty or all-whitespace IDREFS value (`<refs/>`, `refs=''`) validates clean, which a probe of edge-case values across the built-in types showed and `IdrefsMinLengthValidateTest` now covers, with the existing WS_COLLAPSE rule kept so non-empty values and derived types behave as before. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
