AryanRG opened a new issue, #1432:
URL: https://github.com/apache/poi/issues/1432

   `WorkbookUtil.validateSheetName` documents U+0000 and U+0003 as invalid
sheet-name characters, but its switch does not reject either. Both HSSF and
XSSF can therefore create or rename sheets with those characters instead of
raising `IllegalArgumentException`.

   Reproduction on current trunk: call
`WorkbookUtil.validateSheetName("before\u0000after")` or
`WorkbookUtil.validateSheetName("before\u0003after")`; both return normally.
The same inputs reach workbook create/rename paths.

I have a small two-file fix adding the missing switch cases and a regression
test for both characters. The affected tests and direct HSSF/XSSF create/rename
probes pass locally. The full `:poi:test :poi-ooxml:test` run has four failures
that also reproduce on pristine trunk in this environment, so I cannot claim a
fully green suite.
