[Bug 64759](https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=64759) (can't clone a sheet with threaded comments) was fixed in 2021 and is RESOLVED FIXED. `TestXSSFCloneSheet.test64759` covers it, using `right-to-left.xlsx`. `TestUnfixedBugs.testBug64759`, which clones the bug's own `64759.xlsx`, still sat in `TestUnfixedBugs` (excluded from the build), and passes. It is moved into `TestXSSFCloneSheet.test64759`, so it runs in CI. I ran both `TestUnfixedBugs` classes with the exclusion removed.
