We do need SXSSF when we generate large lists. But when we need a lot of
calculations, we can't use SXSSF.

What information do you need to move this out of "needinfo"?
This issue is becoming urgent because we can't use newer versions of POI
because of it. And 5.2.2 has multiple CVEs.
How can I help? Have you tried to reproduce the bug using given testcase?
Shouldn't putting columns in order before saving be an easy fix?
