Unfortunately your code-snippets do not allow to reproduce this. All the code
which populates the Workbook is missing, so lots of guesswork would be needed
to come up with how you actually populated the cells before.
Please try to provide a self-sufficient and fully running standalone
code-example.
And did you try to re-evaluate formulas as described in the page before access
the data?
