With the log4j 2.24.2 release, I think we should have an XMLBeans 5.3.0 release. The main changes are to upgrade the log4j version away from log4j 2.24.1 which caused problems. I've also added a wrapper for the LogManager to try to avoid failures when log4j is not configured properly.

Feel free to share any thoughts on whether to proceed with a release. After we get the XMLBeans release out, I think we could then move onto a POI 5.4.0 (RC2).
