There have been some more changes in this area in recent versions, so please at
least provide more info:
* Version of POI? If not latest, what happens if you upgrade?
* Full stack-trace
Without this there is not much anyone else can do.
And please note that you run Apache POI in an officially unsupported way as the
JDK does not have required OS-functionality here. You can install more
font-related packages in the Dockerfile to try if this makes the necessary
functionality available, unfortunately exact required packages differ between
OSes.
