Summary: potentially add back j2ee schemas and associated tests

I removed these files as part of the v5.2.1 release. It is unclear what license
applies to these files and even the Sun Public License is Category B - meaning
even if this relatively permissive license applies that we can include the
source.

2 tests were lost but I think they are not a huge loss and it is important to
stay license compliant.
If someone wants to investigate if we can license these files under a Category
A license - the commit to revert is:
