RE: Build failed in Jenkins: POI-DSL-OpenJDK #113

I cleaned up the Big5/CP950Reader, and I'm now getting clean builds with 1.6, 
1.7 and 1.8 locally, and I turned back on the test I turned off in the last 
commit.

The 1.6 build on Jenkins is looking promising.

5th time is the charm?
