As Nick suggested, it would be a good idea to get a beta out soon. Since 3.15, we have: * fixed enum deprecation warnings and ClientAnchor breakage. * fixed several bugs found in Tika by Seva and fixed by Tim * Improved encryption support * Improved reading VBA macros
This release should make it easier for downstream projects like jasperreports and Tika to update to the latest version of POI. Are there any outstanding changes that need to make it into the first 3.16 beta release? Tim, any urgent changes needed for Tika? If no one objects, I will generate a beta candidate this Saturday evening (Sunday early morning UTC). Cheers, Javen
