Currently there seems to be no way to change major and minor unit changes for
ValueAxis (similar to HSSFCahrt.setValueRange(int axisIndex, java.lang.Double
minimum, java.lang.Double maximum, java.lang.Double majorUnit, java.lang.Double
minorUnit).
