XWPFDocument.enforceUpdateFields() doesn't update the custom properties in the
header/footer of a DOCX file, but it updates the custom properties in the docx
file body.
A user has to open the DOCX and update the header custom properties manually.
The issue can be reproduced using 3.10 and 3.11 beta2.
