The proposed fix would be to enhance parseColRef like this:
private static int parseColRef(String refStrPart) {
try {
return Integer.parseInt(refStrPart) - 1;
} catch (NumberFormatException e) {
return CellReference.convertColStringToIndex(refStrPart);
}
}
