Just uploaded [^PIG-4764.5.patch] for this one. I've taken the latest of the
patches uploaded here by [~daijy], and amended it so that it adds Hive 3
support instead of 2.
I've also run all tests with Pig built with Hive1 and Hive3 too. They're all
passing (except for ones affected by PIG-5362 of course)
