Rohini is right. TestMergeJoinOuter does use merge cogroup implementation. New
patch enables TestMergeJoinOuter, and also address Rohini's review comments.
Actually there are quite a few MRCompilerException in TezCompiler, fix those as
well.
Yes, we can broadcast index file to improve the performance. Please create a
Jira.
