Some minimal progress... in {{setCodingStatistics()}} the two decoders aren't
initialized if they have been already initialized. This results in a bad stream
offset because two bytes aren't getting consumed, which results in a wrong
bitmap size. Removing the two null checks results in getting one correct bitmap
more than before, but it goes downhill from there. In 7.4.2.2 5) it requires to
reset all.
