I ran PDFToImage of 2.0.27 with and without subsampling, and I barely see a 
difference. And that one is expected, subsampled means a slight quality loss if 
I zoom the result image !test-sub-subsampled.jpg!  compared to 
!test-sub-notsubsampled.jpg! . If this is a problem, then don't use it. It only 
makes sense if you're displaying huge images.
