In PageDrawer.drawImage() there is code (strategy created in PDFBOX-1958) where
an image is a stencil and the color space is a pattern.
PDFBOX-2171-002-002710-p14.pdf has two areas that have rendered poorly for
years, the "New Harmony Consolidated" and "Clay City Consolidated" patterns.
Using the rendering hints of the "parent" graphics device improves this.
