The broken JPEG2000 decoder is part of java and it has an incompatible license,
so there's nothing we can do. The one from JPedal should help decoding most
scans. I'm currently a mentor for GSoC2014. If this goes well, I will set up a
project to write a JPEG2000 decoder from scratch for GSoC2015.
