*Possible NPE in page-label merging.* If the destination's {{/PageLabels}}
exists but uses {{/Kids}} instead of {{{}/Nums{}}}, {{destNums}} is {{null}}
and {{destNums.size()}} throws. A related problem: if the destination has pages
but no labels, the merged {{/Nums}} array starts at a non-zero index, which the
spec doesn't allow.

Additional to the possible NPE, I think the whole merge of page labels is
broken: this is a number tree but this isn't considered. (Maybe because the
getTreeAsMap method didn't exist until recently)
