Hi all, I`m interested to add a new feature to the pdfbox project. I like to discuss if you are interested that I commit some code for that topic. I`m working now for 2 years on a project on a large German bank. The subject of the project is that the customer signs today a paper contract and in the future a pdf document on a small electronically device. The idea is now to commit/develop code which provides support for touchpanel/usb devices running with different operating systems (Windows/Linux). In other words a java api including some ui component for usage in end user applications which provides the support of different signature devices (abbr: signpad)
This is a very interesting technology and I want to get a feeling if there is room for a open source initiative for that topic. If this post is not in the right forum please let me know anyway! regards Tobi
