There are start/stop-ozone.sh scripts in the sbin/ dir in the release tarball. How to use them? I tried multiple times in the past years but never succeeded. I should have asked this question earlier. I suspect no one uses them for a long time and the scripts are simply not working anymore. > - Able to start a single node cluster and upload a file; see the instructions ... That's the reason that I have to figure out the confs and commands for starting a single node cluster. The start/stop-ozone.sh scripts are very complicated to understand / fix. BTW, I don't think following the instructions in [1] would work, although it says, "If you want to make your life simpler, you can just run ... start-ozone.sh".
