Thanks Nilotpal for the function verification.

I run the "freon rk" with a 3 EC2 node cluster. Due to the cluster disk
size limitation, a small data set is used.
Here is the result,
a) ozone freon rk --numOfVolumes 5 --numOfBuckets 5 --keySize 64KB
--factor=THREE --replication-type=RATIS --numOfKeys 10000
--validate-writes // 250000 keys, 15GB total size
    ozone-2.0.0:
         run1 - Total Execution time: 00:10:02,863
         run2 - Total Execution time: 00:09:51,755
    ozone-2.1.0 RC0:
         run1 - Total Execution time: 00:08:25,041
         run2 - Total Execution time: 00:08:26,979
b) ozone freon rk --numOfVolumes 5 --numOfBuckets 5 --keySize 64MB
--factor=THREE --replication-type=RATIS --numOfKeys 65 --validate-writes
// 1625 keys, 100GB total size
    ozone-2.0.0:
         run1 - Total Execution time: 00:28:22,371
         run2 - Total Execution time: 00:28:50,805
    ozone-2.1.0 RC0:
         run1 - Total Execution time: 00:30:34,768
         run2 - Total Execution time: 00:32:25,227

ozone-2.1.0 RC0 has slightly better performance than ozone-2.0.0 in small
file case, and slightly lower performance than ozone-2.0.0 in big file
case. Overall there is no consistent performance regression or boost found
with ozone-2.1.0 RC0.

@ChungEn, the key you used for signing looks shorter than others, it's
documented in https://infra.apache.org/release-signing.html that "All new
RSA keys generated should be at least 4096 bits." Can you check your
signing key if it's 4096 bits?
