Hi Alex, My fork of Otava is here: https://github.com/jdrumgoole/otava.
If you run 'invoke build' (via python invoke <https://www.pyinvoke.org/> which is installed on the fork) it will build otava and run all the pytests successfully using the embedded otava.signal_processing_algorithms. It took me a while to reverse engineer the build process in poetry. My C/python building skills are pretty rusty. The last time I did this was 15 years ago :-) Joe.
