Alex, a few more notes:

The -sources.tar.gz also contains the .git directory. I'm not sure whether
you intended this or not?

And it unpacks into just otava/, while the "binary" tar.gz outputs to
otava-version/. (Nothing is binary or course but I mean the one built with
poetry.)
