In cutting release 3.21.0 for openwhisk-client-js, I forgot to fix the package.json version.
I opened https://github.com/apache/openwhisk-client-js/pull/204 to fix that. I will create a new 3.21.1 release candidate that has only this small change in it. I had already published 3.21.0 so I need to make a new release to keep npm in sync with the apache release. I also made a change to rcverify to catch this error in the future in this patch https://github.com/apache/openwhisk-release/pull/323. If you try this patch on 3.21.0 it will now report a failure. -r
