From: Aaron Conole <acon...@bytheb.org> The ovs-tcpdump framework has a few minor issues related to edge cases, such as dpdk bonds, and some tcpdump / tshark command line options. These changes are some minor fixups for these cases. This was tested with DPDK ports, non-dpdk ports, and by torturing the dump-cmd to trigger failures.
