This patchset adds generic policer functions and ingress_policing functionality to OVS with DPDK.
Patch 1 introduces generic policer functions to avoid code duplication when processing either ingress or egress traffic with a policer. Patch 2 adds ingress policing functionality and details to OVS with DPDK. This patch depends on the changes introduced in patch 1.
