[ovs-dev] when we execute command 'ovs-vsctl add-port br port1 tag=100', how ovs process tag=100, and at where packets are taged with 100

i guess it is flow rules that tag packets , but i am not sure.
could you tell  how ovs set up rules for 'tag=100', and if and how pass the 
rule to datapath? how to dump  the rules(related with tag=100)?
