This patchset refactors the present INSTALL.DPDK.md guide. The INSTALL guide is split in to two documents named INSTALL.DPDK and INSTALL.DPDK-ADVANCED. The former document is simplified with emphasis on installation, basic testcases and targets novice users. Sections on system configuration, performance tuning, vhost walkthrough are moved to DPDK-ADVANCED guide.
