Hi Baohua, Rally guys are working on splitting Rally from OpenStack, after they done that, ovn-scale-test can be implemented as a pure plugin of Rally without customized deployment and task procedure. I think ovn-scale-test as a plugin is not necessary to integrate back to rally repo, this also depends on are there any better place to put the repo to :)
