Changed over from trying to work with logical datapaths to actually working with logical flows. A test with deploying 400 copies of this pattern in openstack (n1 -- r1 -- n2) results in 22083 flows in the logical flow table with the peak number of flows being worked in a single lflow_run pass being 256.
