Since f35f52833c5b ("NEWS: DPDK 2.2 is now required.") branch-2.5
officially supports DPDK 2.2, which supports ARMv7 and ARMv8
architectures. But without this patch build of OVS on such
systems is broken.
May be this should be applied to branch-2.5 too?
