I could not get this to apply. I don't know much about SELinux. I think that someone else who does understand SELinux should probably review those parts, but if you want, I will read up as much as I can and try to figure it out. Why is the SELinux policy package built separately, that is, why isn't that RPM built when you do the main rpmbuild for OVS?
