All but one of the functions in the newly introduced utility is used as part of the Docker integration installation instructions with OVN. The one function (nics-to-bridge) that is not used will be useful for instructions for a particular use case of Docker which hasn't yet been added to the instructions (because Docker does not yet support a particular use case). I do feel the function (nics-to-bridge) is useful even when integrating OVN for non-docker uses cases (like initial configuration in hypervisors).
