Now that we've branched for 2.4, we've decided to merge the OVN work into master. While OVN is still under heavy development, the current code does provide basic L2 overlay networking and scales to hundreds of simulated hypervisors. By October, we hope to have security groups and L3 networks implemented, and further improve the scale numbers.
If you're working on OVN, please base your patches on the "master" branch. We'll keep the "ovn" branch around for a couple of weeks before we delete it.
