It appears to me that there is something wrong with some of the tests or the code that it is testing. When I run "make check TESTSUITEFLAGS=-j10", tests 8 and 9 hang. When I then hit Control+C to kill the tests, I get a couple of "bash" processes that start using 100% CPU until I "kill -9" them. I don't get this behavior when I run plain "make check".
