Depending on the review comments for the vport add, the packet receive code might get a bit delayed. In parallel, VMware folks are also looking at the code for packet receive and execute. If not anything, it is very critical to understand this code and form ideas about how to make it work for Windows. There'll be some overlap and redundancy of work here, but it is for a short duration and it is OK.
