It's really not necessary to repost unless there are changes (e.g. to
fix patch failures) or if the previous posting was cleared out of
patchwork.  It might even be counterproductive because I try to work
through patchwork roughly in chronological order, which means that
reposting tends to push a patch series back to the end of the queue.

If you think a patch series is getting neglected, but it doesn't
actually need to change, then I'd suggest sending an email reminder
instead of reposting it.
