I am unsure if it is appropriate to annotate OPENFLOW-1.1+ in this way but I wish to throw my hat into the ring for work on EXT-187/OF1.4 flow monitors.

My intention was to get EXT-187/OF1.4 flow monitors ready to post this week. But the scope of the work is larger than I anticipated and accordingly it is taking longer than I expected. As a result I am sending this patch as a place holder. I intend to keep working on EXT-187/OF1.4 flow monitors and it is my hope to be able to post a working patchset in the near future.
