Someone familiar with LISP but not so familiar with OVS pointed out to me in a private email that the relationship between some LISP concepts and their OVS implementation is not clearly explained. I addressed his comments in the enclosed patch, which he reviewed.
As an aside, I wonder if we should at some point move the information in the README-lisp file to a more approproate location?
