Earlier today, I applied your 2-patch series to the mpls branch earlier. Then, I squashed all the patches on that branch, except that I dropped "Add OpenFlow support for matching multiple MPLS labels at once." (we can add it back if there is demand) and rebased against current master. I applied a bunch of new patches to that today, including your patch 8/8 "ofproto-dpif: Do not add more MPLS labels to mask than the datapath can handle", which I'm not happy with but seems the best approach at the moment. I pushed that to my github ovs-reviews repo as a branch "mpls2".
Then I squashed everything together again. That's the mpls3 branch in my github ovs-reviews repo. I suggest that we continue development from mpls3. I'm pretty happy with what's there at the moment. Please look it over yourself.
