How beautifully he has put it:
Some worship Allah having their hearts set on paradise; this is the worship of traders,
And some worship Allah fearing hellfire; this is the worship of slaves,
And some worship him showing their appreciation, the way he deserves it; this is the worship of the noble, the finest worship.
And how well his narration fills our heart with joy saying:
When two people dispute over something, the one who precedes in seeking satisfaction from another, will enter paradise.
And ….wish they had not decapitated him cruelly, wish they wouldn’t have the horses trot on his body. He whose sacred shrine is visited by prophets as pilgrimage, by Allah’s permission. He who said:
Those who acquire people’s contentment to the price of Allah’s wrath will never attain salvation.

Imam Ali (AS) said, ‘You are trying to drive death away. If you resist it, it will take you, and if you run from it, it will catch you. It is more stuck to you than your own shadow. Death is attached to your forelocks
Imam Ali (AS) said, ‘I am surprised at the one who sees that his lifespan and his breaths are decreasing every day but still does not fear death.’[Ghurar al-Hikam, no. 6253]
Imam Ali (AS) said, ‘Get ready for death and its difficulties, plan for it before it comes, and prepare for it before it descends.’[Nahj al-Balagha, Saying 190]
