It's not that far along yet.  In fact, the first official meeting is Tuesday:

A group of us that were involved in previous OpenFlow releases have been 
discussing changes to make it more flexible and retain many of the 1.1 
features, but they're merely suggestions at this point.  The actual working 
groups will be formed soon and official proposals should spin out of that.  No 
timelines have yet been discussed.
