Did you try scrolling down a little, to see a place which offers Windows
choices of JRE/JDK and x64/x32? Choose JRE and x32 and you'll get a message
"Unsupported Platform
This platform is no longer supported and does not receive security
updates. Use at your own risk."
with a button to Show downloads anyway. Click that button and you'll be
offered two download options.
