I took a look.
The point in the table looks sound.
I try to create an bumb to the latest ICU version and add the
implementation. The idea could save us 70k lines of code.
The synphony code itself has been build alongside and adds more
complexity then it saves. Let me try to come up with a version that is
better.
The idea looks good. will report when i have build something.
