This was the quickest change for having Buildbots build AOO41X and AOO42X. I did not touch the AOO code... only the Buildbots' settings. If we want GConf support in the Buildbots builds (or in any builds on Ubuntu 24.04, etc.), we should treat GConf as an external dependency like dmake: if it is not present, download and compile it. Due to GConf being deprecated, I suggest we abandon it in AOO42X.
